My husband and I picked up our new 22 MLE today from 1000 Islands. It was the most incredible experience imaginable! We were so well taken care of, and that included our dog that we had to bring with us. We have a three hour drive each way, and then we were having a new hitch installed as well once the orientation was completed. Austin, our 12 year old, 65 pound Vizsla couldn’t stay home that long by himself. Estelle, the delivery coordinator, and Kyle, our salesperson loved having Austin in the showroom and made sure he had water. George, who did our orientation, was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend 1000 Islands RV for anyone in the market. Ask for Kyle to be your salesperson.

We purchased a used travel trailer on Thanksgiving weekend. We had initially contacted the dealership through their website requesting a text response and received an answer after hours the same evening. Not absolutely necessary but a nice surprise. We arranged a viewing with Kyle, and on arrival, every person we encountered was friendly and attentive. We loved the trailer and after a bit of negotiation I believe we received a fair price on our trade and agreement on a couple of items to take care of with the switch to the “new” trailer. We never felt pressured and the experience from viewing through to finalizing the deal was smooth and professional. The only reason for the 4 star vs 5 was the orientation to the purchased trailer on pickup. I want to be really clear that the person who did the orientation was extremely friendly and attentive to every question I had. The problem was that it became clear that the orientation was more geared to travel trailers in general and not to our specific trailer. There were three items in particular that he did not know but would have if this particular trailer had been gone over for orientation before I arrived. I’m guessing it may be because this was a trade they took in, a model they do not carry, and there are some particulars that do not match their in stock new trailers. I would only suggest that for orientation, whoever is tasked for this should be given time to fully understand where everything is on the particular trailer being picked up. In the end I got all the answers I needed and overall the experience was very positive, would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an RV.

Update- Service is not good. Once you buy, they don't return calls and keep putting you off on a warranty item. I need a new refrigerator door and it has been 7 weeks and still no new door. I have had to call over and over . There is no follow up unless you constantly call and bug them to get this done. I was very patience but now patience is done. This is a great place to buy an RV. They were so easy to work with and followed through on all details. I would recommend them for buying an RV.

I was In Kingston Ontario with my travel trailer in tow when I blew my rim and tire!!! I called a lot of garages and RV centre's they all blew me off within two minutes of the phone call... The only one person who went above and beyond was Fiona at 1000 Islands Rv Centre... She reached out to all her contacts to try and source me a tire and rim unfortunately under my extreme time restraints she couldn't have one delivered in time...Thanks again Fiona!! Excellent efforts I greatly appreciated it...

We recently purchased a used class C motorhome from 1000 Island RV. Right after taking possession, we noticed a transmission leak and followed up with the service manager. She was great to deal with and got the issue resolved.

Anybody thinking of buying an RV in Eastern Ontario should consider 1000 Islands RV Centre in Gananoque. Our purchase experience happened on a Sunday which was unusual in itself. We’re not in the habit of giving glowing reviews as they need to be earned with a concerted, outsized effort. We’re happy to say 1000 Islands RV came through in spades. I purchased a higher end, 4 year old trailer through them spring 2024. My purchasing experience was very easy, they got me financing quickly. I do not own a truck, and they offered delivery and were able to set up a delivery time that worked for me. After receiving it, I had a problem with the electric fireplace, the power button was very difficult to get to work. After a few tech support chats they replaced the fireplace free of charge and even offered to send there tech out to install. i’m already thinking of contacting them siring 2025 to trade this unit in for a bigger one as this will be our full time home. Thanks to everyone who worked with me.

We went in a couple of weeks ago to trade in our very, very large trailer for a newer, smaller trailer, and I just couldn't say enough good things about everyone here. Our trade-in became rather complicated due to difficulty in actually getting the trailer available for them to pick up and then when more damage to the old trailer was found than we were aware of but everyone was so kind and fair and made everything so easy to get the trade in done and us set up with our new trailer. Clara was absolutely fantastic. She's just so very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable and everyone else we spoke with was as well, from Lennea who assisted us with payment information, Jason in the service department and the extremely knowledgeable gentleman who showed us all the logistics of the new trailer. Both myself and my husband were extremely pleased with our whole experience there, and I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a new/used trailer or any kind of trailer service.

We are new to RVs and went through the process at 1000 Islands RV Centre. Right from the get go the staff were awesome to deal with. Roger in sales looked after us with no feelings we were being pushed into anything. On our second visit we had narrowed down what we were looking for and discussed pros and cons with Roger before settling on a last years model. We really feel we got a great deal and have come away very happy. The process didn't stop there. Paperwork was handled smoothly and efficiently. I apologies to the ladies I am forgetting re: the paperwork as it was so quick and seamless. Service stepped in and on completion of the sales transaction Hunter gave us the time needed to go over the unit and explaining things to us as newbies. There is no pressure on us taking the RV as we need prepare our property. The actually transportation to us they are going to help facilitate and Jason has been easy to deal with on this. With the coupon and discount at the store Scott was great to deal with from a supplies perspective and here very much again there was no pressure on what to get and lots of helpful advice. Estelle has been lovely to deal with as she makes sure we are well looked after. One comes a way feeling that you are not a sale but a good customer and this is very much appreciated. One last apology for not knowing the name of the receptionist who always has a great smile.

I had to use the service department at 1000 Islands RV recently for a safety recall in my 2023 Travato 59K. I was scheduled at a time and date of my convenience by Greg Lamont. Greg was accommodating, professional and courteous during the three times I contacted him by phone. Greg checked my vehicle in when I arrived at the service department yesterday. I was expecting a wait time between 2.5 - 4 hours, as Winnebago had indicated in their recall letter. I had to wait at the service location while the service was being performed. I was prepared for this, so I brought some work to occupy me while I waited. As Greg was getting my car in the garage, the other service advisor, Jason Krahl, suggested I would be more comfortable in the accessories store, where there were many different places to sit and browse the products they had displayed. While working in the store, another employee, Scott, spent about 30 minutes with me as I looked at various products. He also had me sign up for a lifetime membership to the "Campfire Club" ($ 35.00), which gave me a discount on any items I purchased in their store. $ 300.00 later, I bought several smaller things that I needed for this year's RV season. After 2 hours, Greg came out and asked me if the work would take closer to the 4-hour time and offered me a vehicle to use so I could go into the nearest town and get myself some lunch. After returning from lunch, I returned to the lounge area in the accessory store and waited for the completion of my service. I was asked by another employee if I needed anything and offered my bottled water. All said I was very impressed by everyone I met yesterday. I want to Thank Greg, Jason, Scott, and the lady who came by to check on how I was doing.
